Pet Policy

We are pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 pets with a monthly pet fee.

Pet breeds under 30 pounds:
1st pet: $45/month
2nd pet: $65/month

Pet breeds 31-50 pounds*:
1st pet: $65/month
2nd pet: $85/month

Pet breeds 51-80 pounds*:
1st pet: $85/month (only 1 pet of this size is allowed)

  • American Staffordshire Terrier
  • Chow
  • Doberman Pinscher
  • English Bull Terrier
  • German Shepherd
  • Pit Bull Terrier

Other Restrictions:

  1. Non-domestic animals
  2. Snakes
  3. Fish other than small tropical fish (i.e. shark/piranha, catfish/bass farming)
